2. Payment:
• Direct Payment: Through secure online gateways on the WBFC website
• Via Representatives: Payment to the official marketing representative handling your registration
Milestone 2: Document Upload & Preliminary Review (Days 1–3)
3. Upload Documents:
After registration and payment, you’ll gain access to your personal dashboard to upload all required documents.
4. Support with Documentation:
• No worries if something is missing – our team will guide you through completing your file
• In minor cases, evaluators may handle small corrections themselves
5. Initial Review & Full Refund Guarantee:
• A primary review will take place within the first 1 to 3 working days
• If major issues are found that cannot be resolved, the entire fee (100%) will be refunded without deductions
Milestone 3: Expert Evaluation & Reporting (Days 3–10)
6. Expert Assessment:
Your brand will be evaluated thoroughly by WBFC–certified experts using globally recognized standards.
7. Preliminary Report:
You will receive a summary report within your dashboard, outlining review details and any identified gaps.
8. Tracking Progress:
You can track the progress at any time via your dashboard or by contacting our support team.
Milestone 4: Final Documentation & Delivery (Days 10–14)
9. Finalization & Issuance:
Once your evaluation is approved, the following physical documents will be prepared:
• Official Certificate of Recognition
• Brand Booklet
10. Delivery Options:
• Direct Delivery: Shipped to the address you provided at registration
• Via Representative: Delivered by your nearest certified marketing agent
